I've ordered Mother's Day and birthday flowers from them for the past two years. They haven't disappointed yet. This last time I decided to call with a delivery time request since the recipient wouldn't be home all day. The flowers did arrive when she was home :) The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful.
